Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour will be held indoors with outdoor accessibility. The reception will be indoors.

What time is the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Please allow enough time to reach the venue and find parking.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE VENUE?

We will have a 48 passenger shuttle between the Hilton San Diego/Del Mar and the venue. It is expected to run between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. The shuttle has limited space, but will be make multiple runs throughout the night and a full round trip takes approximately 30 minutes so please plan accordingly.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes. There is a small parking lot next to the venue on La Granda St. Street parking is also available. We will also have a 48 person shuttle between Hilton San Diego/Del Mar and the venue. See question above for more information.

What's the weather like in this area?

The temperature ranges between 52°F and 71°F in San Diego during this time of the year.

Can I bring my children to the event?

While we definitely want your children to celebrate with friends and family during our reception, we politely ask that only children in the wedding and immediate family attend the ceremony. We thank you in advance for making other arrangements.

Can I bring a plus one/guest?

We are really excited to share this special day with each and every invitee! As such, we are hoping to keep our guest list limited and personal to our invited families and friends.

When is the last day to RSVP?

We ask that all RSVP's be submitted no later than March 1, 2024. If you are not able to meet this deadline, please contact us before the deadline to discuss possible arrangements.

What is the dresscode at the venue?

Cocktail attire/business causal is preferred. However, we encourage Aloha shirts and slacks too (if desired)!

How do I get to the venue?

"Get Directions" for specific information on how to get to the venue from your current location.

Are there any local hotels where I can stay?

Of course! Check out our "Travel & Accommodations" page for more information. These are a few options - there are many, so feel free to look outside of these ones as well!

What should I do if I have any dietary restrictions?

While we have selected our menu to cater to as many tastes as possible, please let us know as soon as you can if you have any dietary restrictions (i.e. gluten allergy, vegan, vegetarian, etc.).

Your RSVP card should also include this question, but just in case, let us know ahead of time!

Where are your registered for your wedding?

Your presence at our wedding is most important to us and we appreciate you being there to celebrate our special day. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, a cash gift will help us start a begin building our new lives together.
